A critical piece of the British Victorian era, the P-1841 Sappers and Miner’s Bayonet that would have been used with the short percussion (or flintlock converted) musket issued to specialized troops. With a forged 22″ steel blade this weapon was as much a short sword as a socket bayonet.

Fitted with a 22″ Sword blade but used additionally as a socket bayonet. This is one of the most impressive and important bayonets of the British Victorian era. Forged steel.?27-1/2″ overall.
