Description

This reproduction of a historical tomahawk pipe displays one of the more elaborately carved handles we’ve seen. Tomahawks were used as both weapons and ceremonial objects and were created in an astonishing variety of shapes. Some were plain; some were ornate, but they were all used by Native Americans for war, torture, trade, and ritual, including sealing treaties and alliances. This representation of America’s past is fully functional, with a head forged of high carbon steel and a hand-carved wooden handle featuring hand embellished linework. Please note: This is not an authentic Indian-made product.
